I am in total disbelief as to how the owner of Events Catering, Brian Hyde, handled correspondence regarding my daughters wedding. I tried contacting him several times, with questions about my It went so far as me calling the venue to try and get in touch with him.

The only way to get him to respond, was to tell him I wanted a refund. Which then, he told me that he would not refund my money and then threatened to tell the venue I was looking for another place to hold the wedding. Totally unprofessional, and what is supposed to be a very important day for my daughter, he was turning into a back and forth banter.

Please do not waste your time or your money with this business. If I could show the responses I received from this man, you would be shocked. Our menu included the pit beef, pulled pork, and BBQ chicken, along with the garden salad, redskin potato salad, and coleslaw. The food was absolute But the best part about working with Brian and Events Catering Company was the service. During our site visit, Brian took the time to get to know both my husband and I — this allowed him to better understand our vision for the reception.

He then customized a menu and service package that not only exceeded our expectations but was also well within our budget. On the day of the event, Brian and his staff timely displayed and restocked the buffet, discreetly cleaned tables, and monitored trash bins. I highly recommend Events Catering Company!

Bryan and his staff made my day the best that I could imagine! He was extremely personable throughout the process and invited us up to taste the food many months prior to the wedding, offered extensive menu choices to match what we were looking The week leading up to the wedding he came to our farm and dropped things off, walked through the property and explained how everything would go.

He put my mind at ease and the day of the wedding everyone raved about how good the food was. His staff kept everything neat and clean- and even helped set up my chairs for the reception. I was unaware of this until after the wedding was over, but when they were moving chairs from the reception to the barn during the cocktail hour, they were running behind so Bryan and his staff jumped in to help.

I couldn't have asked for a better caterer and highly recommend!! Brian and his team catered our wedding in Bel Air last month and it was fantastic. The food was excellent, we went with a laid back Maryland style pit roast with pit beef and BBQ chicken, and he made us crab mac and cheese to showcase Maryland We had a hard time getting the guests seated for dinner because everyone was huddled around the crab dip we had for an appetizer, everyone would have been happy if that was the only food we served it was so good.

Not only was the food great, but his staff was amazing. Our wedding was very DIY, but his team didn't hesitate to pitch in and help us carry our desserts in and get everything set up, they really went the extra mile during the entire wedding, from set up, through dinner, and packing up. PRior to the big day, Brian made planning a breeze, he was super responsive, never pushy, but offered great suggestions when we didn't have a clue on how to plan this thing. Our venue had some very strict rules about setting up, when vendors could arrive, they were not the easiest to deal with but Brian was great communicating with them, we had to schedule a walkthrough at the venue with short notice less than 24 hours , but he more than happy to meet us there so he could plan the table setup with us.

I can't recommend his team enough. Brian and his whole group of staff were fantastic the day of our wedding. Everyone was extremely professional and nice. Brian knows what he is doing and everything went smoothly with him. He is sometimes hard to get a hold of when we were plann I would highly recommend them! Dinner was a buffet af Everything was a hit! They were incredibly accommodating and very pleasant as they went about serving our guests. Even with small things like holding the doors open while the wedding party was being introduced, it was clear that they were there to help make the day successful rather than just do their job and go home.

For the prospective brides- and grooms-to- be reading this, you can be confident that while your guests are being well tended, you, too, will be receiving the royal treatment. One of the greatest concerns and regrets you hear from couples is that they never got to eat the food and drinks that they just spent months meticulously arranging.

Thanks to the catering staff, that was not an issue for us. A dedicated staff member ensured that we had appetizers set aside for us and the wedding party and that we always had a drink in hand if we wanted it For your HIMYM stalwarts, think Linus and the Kennedy package. If you are simply having a backyard party, you can expect the food to be spot-on and Brian to be pleasant to work with.

If you are having a full-blown wedding bonanza with multiple vendors and countless moving pieces, you can expect the above along with a caterer committed to making the event a success, from the first days of planning right up to the last dance. We were extremely pleased with Brian and his catering service from Day 1, all the way to the end of our wedding reception. Importantly, he approached our first meeting as a consultation rather than a sales pitch. Confident in the product he offered, he walked us through the various options that were available, constantly reiterating that there was always the choice of choosing from off the book if we had something else in mind.
